Calgary fell 4-0 to Abbotsford at the Scotiabank Saddledome on Saturday night in their final home game.
It was a tough start for Calgary, as Abbotsford struck early through Riley Patterson, setting the tone that put the visitors on the front foot.
Arshdeep Bains doubled the lead on the power play later in the opening frame, capitalising on a man-advantage opportunity and forcing Calgary to chase the game.
The second period saw a tighter, more structured effort from the Wranglers in a scoreless middle frame.
Dino Kambeitz extended the Abbotsford lead, with Bennett Schimek sealing it for the Canucks with an empty-netter.
