Q: What happens with my initial investment?

After selecting either the $200 level or the $500 level, your initial investment turns into an account credit that you can use to purchase regular season home game tickets for the Calgary Hitmen (WHL), Calgary Wranglers (AHL), or Calgary Roughnecks (NLL). These tickets are purchased at minimum 15% off regular door price.

Q: Where are the seats that I can purchase?

There are a variety of seats that can be selected with FlexClub. Any available seat within the Scotiabank Saddledome will be available for selection in your Account Manager.

Q: What games can I pick from?

There are 78 total games to select from with the FlexClub, including 33 Hitmen games, 36 Wranglers games, and 9 Roughnecks games. *The Calgary Hitmen BE BRAVE Game is excluded from this promotion.

Q: How do I redeem my account credit for tickets?

Account credit can be redeemed for game tickets via the FlexClub Account Manager. Log in to your account to view available game dates, and select the ones that best fit with your schedule.

Q: When can I start redeeming my account credit for tickets?

Tickets will be available for selection once single-game tickets have gone on sale for each team respectively. Hitmen - Tuesday, August 27th, 2024 Wranglers - Early September 2024 Roughnecks - Friday, December 2nd, 2024 NOTE: Dates are subject to change. Those who have pre-purchased their FlexClub membership will receive an email once account credit can be redeemed.

Q: How do I access my tickets?

Q: Can I forward my tickets?

Q: Can I exchange FlexClub tickets I've already purchased?

Once tickets have been purchased using your account credit for one game, they cannot be exchanged for another game.

Q: Can I add credit to my FlexClub account?

Yes. Account credit can be reloaded at any time via your FlexClub Account Manager.

Q: Does my account credit carry over if I not use it all in 2024/25 regular season?

No. Unused Account Credit will not rollover to the 2025 Post Season, or the 2025/26 Regular Season.
