The Wranglers came out on top in a 4-3 overtime win against the Bakersfield Condors at the Scotiabank Saddledome Saturday, with goals from Martin Frk, Rory Kerins, Carter King, and Sam Morton.
The Wranglers wasted no time getting on the board.
Frk opened the scoring with a clinical finish off a slick setup from Morton, after Matvei Gridin carried the puck end-to-end to start the play.

Bakersfield clawed their way back in the second period, with Cam Dineen and Rem Pitlick each finding the net to even things up at two apiece heading into the third.
Halfway through the final frame, King restored the Wranglers lead, and notched his first of the season, by tapping home a crisp feed from Dryden Hunt at the top of the crease.

But the Condors refused to go quietly, as Connor Clattenburg levelled the score once again with just three minutes left in regulation.
Overtime, however, belonged to the Wranglers.
Gridin, already with an assist in the afternoon, set up Morton for the winner at the back door, sealing two points for Calgary and extending their point streak to seven straight games.
