It’s a quick turnaround for the Wranglers, who are back in action against the Coachella Valley Firebirds after securing a 3-2 victory over the San Diego Gulls Saturday night.
The Matchup
The Wranglers jumped out to an early lead against the Gulls and carried that momentum through the second period, building a 3-1 advantage heading into the final frame.
The Wranglers delivered a complete 60-minute performance from the opening puck drop.
The win moved Calgary into third place in the Pacific Division with 20 points and a 9-7-2 record.
Rory Kerins helped drive the offence once again, registering two assists on the night.
